Founded in 2008, Frosty Acres is a family owned small farm that offers Natural Meats, Fiber, and Farm Services. We are a traditional farm in the sense that we farm full time to raise livestock and produce hay & straw, but we’re also a progressive farm in the sense that we are continuously educating ourselves in modern, sustainable, and environmentally sound farm practices.

 

Frosty Acres is one of few farms in the county to pursue verification from the Michigan Agriculture Environmental Assurance Program (MAEAP) for safe farming practices that protect Michigan’s delicate waters. We are also members of many livestock breeder’s associations including: MSBA, MSRBA, ARBA, MCAGA, NARBC, ADRC, & MARC.
